Return Process:

1. Call us at (+1) 236-518-0319 or email us at service@syetajewels.com to obtain a return authorization number.
2. Package your items as securely and discreetly as possible. For security purposes, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the box.
3. Ship the package back to us via your preferred shipping method. We recommend using FedEx or UPS with a signature required. Please ship to:

4. Once the item is received, we will inspect it to verify its condition. Once inspected and approved, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.

International Returns:

Contact us at +1 (213) 640-4049 or email us at service@syetajewels.com to receive a return authorization number and mailing address for your international return. The customer is responsible for all fees incurred, including return shipping, duties, taxes, or surcharges.

Return Terms & Conditions:

• All items must be in the original, unworn condition. Must not be resized, engraved, or altered in any way. Products with scratches, damage, or signs of wear are not refundable.
• Custom design orders are not eligible for returns and are final sale. This includes the ring and center stone diamond. Engraved rings are not eligible for returns.
• Packages must be received by Syeta Jewels within the 30-day period.
• Limit one return or exchange per year per customer and household.
• Customers are eligible to make one item return within 30 days of receipt to discourage customers from ordering multiple items for comparison purposes. If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it is in production, they must first receive it and then request a return authorization number.
• Orders that came with a grading report must be included in the return; otherwise, a $250 fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
• Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by company check.
• Diamond eternity bands are final sale and cannot be resized. If a resize is needed, a new ring will need to be produced.
• Items returned without a return authorization number, improperly packaged, or packages received beyond the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
