Manufacturing Defects:

In the rare event you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to return it to us for inspection. If it is determined your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise at no cost to you. If it is determined the damage is caused by general wear and tear and not by a manufacturing defect, then we will repair the item at an expense to you. You will be contacted before any work is done to your item.

All shipping expenses are covered by the customer, typically ranging from $65-$100 depending on the value of the item.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our One Year Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, and tarnishing.

Additional Services:

After the one-year period, we are still available to assist you with any repairs or services needed for your jewelry. These services will be performed at a reasonable cost to you, and you will be contacted with an estimate before any work is performed.
